1. General Use

The products sold by Earthhalo Herbal are for external use only.

Earthhalo Herbal shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from product use, particularly if the customer has not performed a patch test or reviewed the ingredient list for potential allergens.

Customers with pre-existing skin conditions or those using active ingredients are advised to consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional before use.

2. Product Availability & Descriptions

All product offerings are subject to availability. Earthhalo Herbal reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

Product descriptions, images, and prices are prepared with utmost accuracy; however, minor variations may occur. Earthhalo Herbal does not guarantee that all products displayed will always be available and shall not be liable for items being temporarily or permanently out of stock.

3. Formation of Contract

An order placed by a customer is considered accepted and confirmed only when the product has been dispatched. Order confirmation emails do not constitute a binding contract of sale.

4. Pricing, Payment, & Taxes

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product has been handed over to the carrier for delivery.

The company’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Quality Assurance

All Earthhalo Herbal products are manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and comply with Indian government quality standards (BIS).

Customers requesting additional quality tests must specify their requirements in writing at the time of order placement. Additional fees may apply.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of surat, India.

13. Acceptance of Terms
